Anybody know what the tracking settings should be (preferably in mm) for a lowered bay ?

will want camber checked if lowered, and a 4 wheel allignment.
Prob bent a track rod if u hit that hard and its visibly out. dont try and straighten it out, just buy a new one they ent too dear and your loaded !

no idea what "camber +40'±20', tracking +15'±15' " means but hopefully it will make sense to the guys at Ebleys.



I had a good poke around underneath a couple of days ago (Nik's had a look aswell), and don't reckon there's any damage, nothing visibly bent broken twisted or missing.

but you're right, at 30 squids for a complete adjustable tie rod, that's gotta be money well spent in the long run,

Dunc welded the front beam, as you know, a couple of years ago, so i reckon its time for an overhaul job this winter, and finally sort it all out proper at the front end.
