Iv brought some new chrome OE wheels for my beetle, iv just had them on the rolling pan and they are already going rusty

Is there anything I can to to get ride of the rust and prevent them rusting more

im guessing wax on um would help . people used to say wd40 for storage , i spos anything that repels water will help

Autosol should bring them back if not too pitted, Its a pain but give 'um a clean every month or so with Autosol and they should be ok. U'll never stop them rusting, chromes a bastard.
