no no and no , should of said its 3g not 3gs , its 8 gig and with loads on i never filled it , its not unlocked but it has been in the passed and shouldn't be a problem , im a little nervurs of selling it to one of you as if it ever goes wrong i dont want ear ake but i will as long as you are happy with that in mind
