Type 1 engines are 180mm & 200mm
Type 4 engines use 215mm etc..

I think yours is a type 1 motor isnt it mate??

If you need a tougher clutch,go for the Kennedy stage 1 Very Happy

Cheers guys,

Yeah, type 1 motor 1914cc.

bloody websites are confusing, but i reckon its the 200mm.

Kennedy stage 1 is tempting cos of the bigger motor, but the bloody things hard enough to drive as it is, don't really want to stiffen up the cluth pedal !! lol

was thinking about just upgrading to a heavy duty 'rigid' clutch disc, but not sure if it would be OK with a standard pressure plate?? confused

other than that, i guess its just the standard Sachs 3 piece kit !!

Its the clamping force you need, stage one with a standard disc will be fine you will hardly notice the difference. smile
