What are they called anyway? I've heard of "boatyard" Hurst bars - is that what these are?

Their attached to the axle beam and the bumper mounts with a long solid bar with lovely stainless bolts.

The original 'hurst' bars made in the 60/70's in the US are like rocking horse shit to buy(£1000),you can get rear ones which wrap around the rear corner but they are even rarer..
Boatyard busses make a reproduction,which these are..
