Help me someone please. what should i do on changin the fanbelt today i struggled to get the pulley nut off and when did noticed the threads were flattend believe this to be y it was so hard to get off.
Problem now is what to do with it, thinking of running a set of 12mm dies over it (might save it)
Any ideas or is it new dynamo..!!!!!

Well got dynamo threads sorted ran a set of dies over them worked beautifully.
Shame rtts wasnt what i was expecting but bug ran sweet.

yeah should of gone to plymouth.Rtts just seemed to be golfs and mor bout the music/nightlife. first time ive been so was hoping for more aircooled enthusiasts i suppose. even tent nxt to us got robbed in night. Never mind!!!! Bug is all good and thats the main thing
