I've got a 1.9td T4, and driving it in London from next year will be impossible.. thanks to our wonderful government!!
my options are either to fit a £3000.00 exhaust filter...
Or
Change engine for euro 3 or higher.

my current engine needs a bit of work so instead of spending the money there id rather do the transplant.. and maybe even upgrade to TDI!

can anyone please recommend a good and reasonably priced outfit to undertake such a task

any help would be much appreciated, cheers.
