Anyone ever re built a caliper with new seals ?

Something i need to do but have never done

Yep done our's . make sure you take the bolts out with a 6 sided socket so you dont round them off becouse i couldent find any replacement bolts in town. other than that its easy. smile

While you have it apart check the flexy hose they can close up with age acting like a one way valve holding the break on. smile

That's the problem i've got now, it's like i've got a foot on the brake

Then it gets too hot and i get brake fade, it happened coming down birdlip hill back to glos :eek:
