Depending on the nature and validity of your concern, you can contact the financial ombudsman. If you lay out the nature of your complaint, they will tell you if you have grounds or not, and if necessary, take it forward on your behalf.

Thanks Mike
Someone has hit Lisa's car for the fourth time !
Whilst parked in her space
The first 3were sorted with cash !
So sticking to my guns we are going through the insurance and the other problem is I no the bloke who hit it and there's no chance he will have the money
I said to Lisa IF it happens again I'm going through the insurance and whoever it is can have a claim against them
So we have gone through the legal team to claim on their insurance rather than make a claim on Lisa's insurance
However the broker we got the insurance from is now not answering calls or emails .

Getting a little pissed off as it's now been six weeks !

That and I can't see how people can not see 2ton of a bloody Audi estate

Hey Al

If that were me I would go round and see the broker face to face if local. Failing that contact the company he brokered you with directly, quoting your reference number, who your broker is, and the details of your case.

6 weeks is more than long enough to get a response, even if it is "I'm dealing with it"
