Could somebody please help me to get my van started or see if it's fooked coz i've no idea what's wrong with the fecker..

I need to move it to wymans brook where i have a garage to work in, so i can drop the engine out and replace old oils seals and what not.

whats the scoor theb mate . did it work when you parked it up but now wont start ? have you done anything to it that stoped it working ?

I'm worried that i've ceased the engine with lack of oil but it was having trouble starting after having 2 weeks of just waiting for the snow to melt last month.

A tow would be cool though to get it off the road as the tax ran out on the 31st.

i may be able to get on it thursday . if no one esl has sorted it .

does it turn over ? is the battery flat ?

the battery still has enough charge in it to try and turn it over but thats about it.. nothing happens.

hopefully it'll get sorted by thursday but if not then i'll let you know toastie.. cheers matey

Cheers Jeff for the link and the offer. We have isolated the probable cause why the van won't start.. a dodgy fuel pump. so i'm gonna go see if gsf has one in the morn.. hopefully that will sort the little minx out.

Well. I bought a fuel pump but it's not the original kind for my van coz as always, they've stopped making them for my camper. So i've got this funky new one that has to be attached to the bulk head - horizontally and wired into the coil with a relay or whatever..? Why doesn't anything go simple for me..? lol

No Toastie, I taxed it instead.. I read about installing the fuel pump online and it said to have a fire exstinguisher at the ready, just in case so I thought I better have my van all taxed and insured just in case..lol
